This product uses non-fluorinated solvents, so defluorination may occur.
Because the part end of the PCB substrate is coated, it can effectively prevent the flux from flowing back from the part end in welding operation, especially suitable for the substrate coating operation before the part is mounted.
The coating is extremely thin and has excellent insulation resistance, corrosion resistance, moisture resistance and chemical resistance.
This product is a dry product at room temperature, so the coating operation is extremely convenient.
