TAMURA ULF-210R scaling powder
Brief introduction of characteristics of Tamura Tamura ULF-210R flux;
- There is basically no flux residue after welding.
- There are no defects such as Check-Pin because there is very little flux residue.
- The compatibility of resin and active components in flux is good, so the reliability of flux coating is high.
- Although this product is a product with low solid content, it will not be welded on parts such as QFP and small patch basically, and it has good wettability to the welding pad and excellent operability.
