TAMURA EC-15-7 scaling powder
Brief introduction of Tamura Tamura EC-15-7 flux characteristics;
- Good weldability, suitable for welding with different lead-free alloys such as tin/silver/copper, tin/silver/copper/bismuth and tin/copper.
- This product can eliminate the defects such as non-wetting and continuous welding when soldering printed circuit boards with patches and bulk components.
- There is little flux residue, and the color of the product is close to transparency, so the substrate does not stick to hands after welding.
- Flux residue is non-corrosive, so the electrical insulation performance of the welded product is excellent.
- Uniform coating effect can be achieved regardless of foaming or spraying.
