TAMURA CF-15 scaling powder
Brief introduction of TAMURA Tamura CF-15 flux characteristics;
- Extinction flux, evenly coated on the surface after welding, with good extinction effect.
- Flux residue is non-corrosive, so the electrical insulation performance of the product after welding is excellent, and ordinary printed wiring boards do not need to clean flux residue.
- Rarely occurs poor welding phenomena such as sharp drawing, bridging and non-wetting welding, and is suitable for high-density mounted substrates and PCB substrates with patch parts.
- No flux residue, smooth and beautiful surface after welding.
