MITO DENKO UV tape MUV9010PAR features:

• UV Tape MUV9010PAR is a dicing tape of high isotropic Polyolefin backing which is coated by UV release type pressure- sensitive adhesive (PSA) . It can fix dicing work strongly at dicing, and pick up chips easily by UV irradiation.
• Suitable for dicing of Glass substrates (IRCF etc).

UV Tape Test method：

• Adhesion: Measured at 20 min after applying and pressing tape to each adherent using a 2 kｇroller
• rolled back and forth once. 90º peel, pulling speed: 300 mm/min
• UV irradiation: High pressure mercury vapor lamp used. Irradiation was approximately 300mJ/cm2.
• (Intensity: approximately 75 mW/cm2 x approximately 4 seconds at 365 nm)
• MD: Machine direction TD：Transverse direction
