Introduction of Nordson Dage 3800+ Welding Strength Tester/Gold Wire Tension Machine;

• Nordson Dage3800+ welding strength tester is a new platform specially used for applications that need rapid welding strength testing.
• 3800+ is specially designed for high-capacity welding test applications. It can be used out of the box, and all necessary components are provided so that the test can be started immediately after installation.

Dage 3800+_Nordson Welding Strength Tester/Golden Ball Thruster Features:

• The base, fixture, calibration bracket and testing tool of Nordson Dage4000 welding strength tester are adopted.
• Equipped with Windows7 system software, it can be controlled by remote computer.
• Password control of three-level authority (operator, supervisor and engineer) ensures the integrity of test data and setting parameters.
• Airborne statistical data shows test results according to grade, average, standard deviation and CPK distribution curve.
• The test results are output through RS232 and contain fixed field options.
• Can output CSV test result file.
• The results can be copied to the clipboard and pasted directly into Microsoft Excel.
