STK-1150 semi-automatic LED UV irradiator is specially used for the glue stripping process of silicon wafer, glass, ceramics and other products after cutting. It adopts manual loading and unloading mode and is equipped with touch display screen, which is convenient and quick to operate. The LED UV working module of the machine can emit ultraviolet light with the wavelength of 365 nm to irradiate the product for degumming. The maximum factory setting of UV irradiation energy is 500mW/cm2. At the same time, the equipment is equipped with UV safety protection device.
