Simple control of observation angle, rotation direction and speed
The 360 rotating prism sheet can be freely switched between 25 and 55 degrees with the vertical direction to obtain a wider observation range and an ideal viewing angle. The direction and speed of rotation can be easily operated by a controller. In addition, various adapters of 5040 series lenses can be installed and switched with one hand, which is very convenient and can instantly transform 2D observation into 3D.

Continuous optical zoom
HIROX series lenses provide a considerable magnification range. Switching the magnification range can be achieved very simply by using the optical adapter. The super-large depth of field provided by the HIROX lens allows users to feel truly immersed in the micro-world. When using the zoom lens with ACS function, the built-in optical encoder will automatically select the scale (calibration value), which will automatically change with the change of magnification, and save it with the image file at the same time, as well as the scale displayed on the screen, thus making the measurement easier.

Even on the surface of rough objects, the focal depth synthesis function can take images of multiple focal planes (small depth of field), and then synthesize a full range of clear and in focus photos through professional digital superposition technology. According to the height or depth range of different objects, the number of superimposed layers is set, and the synthesized image can be clearly displayed on the UXGA screen (1600x1200 pixels). According to different object types and observation conditions, the most suitable synthesis type can be selected from the forms of full automatic, semi-automatic or manual synthesis with different synthesis speed and precision.
Precise depth of focus synthesis can be automatically controlled by using Z-axis motor, without complicated manual focusing, which greatly improves the precision and speed of synthesis.

In addition, using a variety of three-dimensional display functions can better help users to understand and grasp the actual three-dimensional morphology of the observed object.
2D sectional view
Two-dimensional section mode can obtain and measure the vertical section view, just like 3D section view, the section line specified in 2D section view mode can be moved at will, and it is also very convenient to switch to 3D section view mode.
Plane correction
The inclined horizontal plane in 3D display can be corrected. The horizontal tilt of the sample can be reflected by the color difference in the pseudo-color height distribution pattern, and it can be corrected by selecting three coplanar points with the mouse, and the subsequent 3D model will also change according to the modification.

Automatic correction of position offset

In the process of 3D synthesis, factors such as the change of focus position and environmental conditions (vibration) may make the field of view of multiple pictures shift. The host can automatically correct the offset error of each picture. The host can add marker points according to the characteristics of the picture, and automatically compare the image markers and calculate the deviation during 3D synthesis, and automatically correct them as needed. At the same time, users can also adjust the accuracy of correction by selecting matching values and positions. This function uses digital technology to simulate the lighting effect, which greatly enhances the three-dimensional sense of 3D display, and the lighting direction can be changed freely to show the best observation effect, which is usually very effective for the observation of surface micro-morphology.

Colorful 3D display
A variety of 3D display modes are available. Many observed object information that was often ignored in the past can now be observed through various display modes. For example, using wireframe to clearly display the tiny undulations on the plane from different angles; The contour distribution of surface features is displayed by rainbow color separation, and the fluctuation will lead to color change, thus clearly showing the existing defects; When displaying the 3D model, coordinate axes can be added synchronously for reference.

Excellent working distance (WD) and depth of field.
The unique HIROX lens has the characteristics of "long working distance (WD)", "super deep field" and "sharp image". Even at high magnification, it can achieve a delicate balance and optimization among many contradictory optical characteristics (such as field of view/distortion/dispersion, etc.), so as to obtain excellent high-precision resolution. In addition, the use of fluorite lens also enables the HIROX lens to keep the color of the observed object bright and vivid in a very wide wavelength range from ultraviolet to infrared. HIROX has only one goal: to show the real Working Distance.

The working distance of 2016 series lens is 44mm(WD) when the maximum magnification is 160 times.
The working distance of 5040 series lens is 54mm(WD) when the maximum magnification is 400 times.

Special "HIROX" lighting bulb
Metal halide arc lamp specially used for KH-7700. The index value (RA) of the lighting bulb is as high as 86 or above, and the average effective life is over 4000 hours. The higher the performance of CCD camera, the closer its spectral sensitivity characteristics are to the standard of natural light. The color temperature of HIROX bulb is very close to natural light (5460K), and its high color rendering index (RA) makes it a perfect light source for digital microscope (see above).

KH-7700 has rich measuring functions, which can measure the observed object in many ways, such as length, width, diameter, area and angle, etc. Real-time on-screen measurement can be easily realized by clicking the mouse.

2d measurement function
Various plane measurement methods can not only get the actual size data, but also get the percentage rate of each result to the specified standard reference value. Manual or automatic height measurement and other measurements can be carried out for various samples. In addition, the measurement types and their data results can be displayed in a list, and can also be saved as CSV files, which can be further used in PC or any common spreadsheet program.

Point height measurement
On the 2D screen, the height value of the current point position can be displayed instantly when the mouse moves to any position, and the numerical result can be pasted on the screen like a memo label by clicking the mouse. The measurement list tray can be displayed automatically and can be edited. This function can easily measure the height of multiple points, making the output report picture clearer.

Volume and area measurement
Based on the 3D composite image, the cross section of an object can be cut horizontally at any height, and the area of the cross section and the volume value of the part above or below the cross section (convex or concave part) can be calculated. The measuring range of area and volume is displayed in color areas, so that users can clearly adjust and confirm the parts to be measured on the screen.

KH-7700' s convenient image optimization function can quickly obtain ideal observation results of image optimization, and at the same time make various functions more accurate and save time.

Report quick creation function
Using this function, you can freely create an experimental report at any time, including pictures, picture parameters, measurements and results, comments and charts, and even freely change or combine the contents and layout of the report.

HDR function
Metal, glass, solder and other highly reflective objects often reflect the strong light on the mirror due to the smooth surface, forming white glare spots, and the surface cannot be seen clearly. KH-7700 can get a high dynamic range image without glare by clicking the mouse, which greatly shortens the time needed to adjust the lighting to improve the image.

The image comparison function automatically discriminates the difference.
With the help of the newly developed image processing engine, the difference between two similar observation objects can be automatically detected by the host, and the area of this part can be automatically calculated. For example, a good product is photographed first, and then the difference between similar products and good products is automatically judged by the image comparison function, so as to detect the problems such as fouling, defects, omissions, foreign objects or scratches in the bad products. Then take comparison photos and generate report document output.
