TM4000/TM4000Plus Electron Microscope (Desktop) Features:
- In order to meet the customer's demand of "starting the equipment directly without sample pretreatment and obtaining the target sample data quickly and simply",TM4000 series has been comprehensively improved.
- Samples with a maximum diameter of 80 mm and a thickness of 50 mm can be observed. Built-in optical camera (optional) makes it easy to find the target sample.
- It only takes about 3 minutes from sample loading to image acquisition, which optimizes the original workflow from shape observation, element analysis to report production.
