Core9056α can simulate reflow soldering for hot air convection heating, and the maximum size of the measured part can reach A4 size, and it can be used to measure the up, down and horizontal 90 directions, and observe the flatness change of the measured part in the reflow furnace in high definition.

In order to realize a wide range of observation, core9056α designed the walls in three directions as observation windows made of glass. In this way, not only the circuit board but also the chip-level packaging parts and BGA parts can be observed and installed.
Core9056a can be viewed from above, below and from the front.
In view of the unique hot air convection heating mode of CORES flatness measuring instrument, it is considered impossible in the previous observation device (viewed from below), so it is possible. In addition, this equipment heats the whole furnace from the left and right sides, so it can create a uniform temperature environment.
